Senior Shader Designer and Developer

Do you have an eye for detail and photo realism and a comprehensive understanding of shader design, development and implementation? Do you want to work on premier Basketball, Baseball and Hockey titles for Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii consoles? Responsibilities:

•design, implement, and support high performance, multi-platform real time shader development

•work closely with various teams to implement and tweak shader technology

•evaluate, and enhance existing real time shader technology

•work closely with engineers to ensure shaders are game ready, and implemented fully and correctly

•meet or beat industry standards for real time shaders in next generation console development

Qualifications:

•must have an Art background, keen eye for photo realism, an excellent comprehension of lighting and color theory

•must have 2+ years shader development experience

•must have proven experience in developing multiple input shaders

•must have expertise in shader languages such as Cgfx or HLSL

•must have exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

•must have ability to accurately and realistically schedule tasks

•must have ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion with a high degree of quality

•must have ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment

•must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

•must have a passion for games
