Marketing Director - Online

The Marketing Director will lead the Online Marketing team to drive live service marketing with acquisition and retention as its key goals. They will ensure all marketing objectives are met in line with the overall global marketing objectives / strategy.

Main duties and responsibilities:

GLOBAL SERVICE MARKETING, PLANNING & EXECUTION

•Provide global marketing framework, timelines, strategies, planning and procedures.

•The development of long term brand strategies for persistent games portfolio.

•Drive marketing support for both product launches and ongoing live services.

•Maintain overall ownership of all Global Marketing plans an ensure communication and execution through the team and territory offices.

•Work with each individual Brand Manager to ensure that they aredeveloping appropriate Global Marketing support plans for each of their individual services.

•The development and execution of global marketing initiatives that span the entire portfolio of persistent games/ services.

•Working with all individual territories ensure all local marketing plans are timely executed with a thorough and continual evaluation process in line with the overall global marketing & community KPI’s.

MANAGEMENT & REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

•Manage the Online marketing team.

•Provide the primary Marketing support contact for all persistent titles.

•Track campaigns against preset KPI's

•Track campaigns and report on ROI delivered.

•Present / report back regular marketing updates to the VP + GM

•Provide the primary interface between the company and the senior management team.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

•The management of relationships with key external partners such as developers, publishers, agencies, promotional partners etc.

•Provide the interface and manage internal relationships between the marketing team and internal teams.

BUDGETS

•Maintain overall responsibility of the entire Global Marketing Budget covering the entire portfolio of persistent services across all territories.

•Provide the vision / planning structure focusing on acquisition, conversion and retention marketing.
