Senior Producer

One of the leading, independent game studios in the world is now looking for a Senior Producer for a key position in a AAA Console project.

Overview:

You are passionate about agile development, and possess a strong vision how things should be done in a game studio. You are excited about championing scrum, and defining training and tools needs. You will oversee the project management work of producers, associate producers and leads who manage the day-to-day work of the team members. You will maintain a constantly up‐to-date picture of the project schedule, as well as plan and prioritize resource needs. In summary, you optimize resources and processes to deliver the best possible game in close co‐operation with the project lead. Within the project you will report to the project lead and on the company level to the chief operating officer.

•Leadership –You have a vision about agile project management and lead other towards IT

•Goal--‐oriented‐You prioritize smartly and make the right things happen at the right time

•Communication –Teamwork, communication and presentations in English are a no brainer

•Continuous improvement - You always want to do things better, and have lots of ideas how

•Dedication‐You’re a doer, a hard worker, with a positive attitude and outlook on things

•Time Management –You’re always on top of your game and often a bit ahead

•At least one shipped AAA Console title in a producer or project manager role

•Experience with Hansoft is a beneficial
